
Perspective Points: A podcast that is intended to be an outlet for me (and you!) to share thoughts about mindfulness. Ranging from topics like personal experiences and the lessons I have learned form them to general discussion about one's purpose, I really want this to be a place where not only myself, but anyone can share their perspective on what is meaningful in their life.
On this week's episode of Perspective Points, I talk about 6 lessons that have shaped my perspective over these past 6 months as my life has truly changed for the better. To be able to share insight as to what I have learned as well as how I apply these lessons to all aspects of my life is something I am truly grateful for.
