As well as running Emma Ruse Productions, they are co-founder and Chief Executive of Framework Theatre Company, where they provide bespoke support to emerging artists across Scotland. Emma Ruse Productions aims to produce new theatre within Scotland and beyond, with a focus on accessibility, transparency and fair working conditions. There is a focus on stories that are told through a feminist or queer lens, and on work that supports underrepresented voices.
