Just because you’re bleeding doesn’t mean your cycle is healthy—or that your body is ready for pregnancy.


In this episode, I’m walking you through the five most common red flags I see in women who have gotten their period back but are still struggling to get pregnant. This is especially relevant for the 40% of our clients who come to us already cycling but still facing hidden hormone imbalances, cycle irregularities, or subclinical signs of under-fueling and stress.
