Season 2: Episode 9: Circular Fashion with Heike Petersen Cunza
In this episode, Heike explains why circular fashion matters. In 2007, she launched her brand, Wellicious, a yoga line that celebrates sustainable fashion. With her Cradle to Cradle certification on her brand, she demonstrates the importance of every step of the production process. One of the favorite parts within the process must be in the fact that each piece can naturally go back into the earth when one no longer needs it. That truly is circular fashion. She enlightens us as to what slow fashion really is and inspires us to continue to share and work together, communally. As we grow, educate ourselves, and each other, we learn that we are all part of this evolutionary process and world. Heike inspires us to make a difference. For more on cradle to cradle certification, and to shop the brand, got to http://www.wellicious.com. We hope you enjoy this episode.

Season 2: Episode 6: Rent Your Clothes with Micaela O’Herron
In this episode, Micaela O’Herron, founder of Social Closet, explains why renting the clothing we have could aid in the fashion industry’s consumption problem. It’s free to join and arguably more affordable than spending money on something new. Another great feature she offers on her site is the Wardrobe Tracker. Lending to her innovative abilities as a professional software engineer, this Tracker provides a visual account to which items in your closet that you where, and how often you where them. The Social Closet could very well be the new, one-stop shopping experience. For more on Micaela, and the Social Closet, check out www.mysocialcloset.com.

Season 2: Episode 3: Textiles with Sara Wynn
In this episode, I speak with Sarah Wynn. Her experience and knowledge surrounding the textile space is broad. She educates us on The Conscious Fashion Collective, her involvement, and what they’re doing to change the textile industry as we know it.
