Alexandra Shockey is the manager of Global Social Media at FedEx, a position she has held since December of 2018. She has been with FedEx for more than eight years, serving as an advisor in both social media and digital user experience prior to her current position. Her team is responsible for brand storytelling and social engagement across all FedEx social media platforms.
