Mr. 장홍 has written a few books like, <WINE CULTURE>, <와인 문화를 만나다/Wine Meets Culture>, <와인 인문학 산책/Walking with Wine and Humanities>, etc.. and is also the owner of the wine restaurant <La Bonne/ 라본느> trying to spread the world of wine!
Apparently 장홍 lived in France for more than 20 years and visited over 3,000 wineries in Europe! He’s able to give us a different perspective of the world of wine through it’s history, religion, and more! Also! If you are new to wine and would love to take a step into the world of it! He’s ready to help guide you to show off those skills!
He answered a lot of the listeners questions about wine and explained EVERYTHING about the wine making process to how to store it!
