This interview has been long in the process, but we finally managed to do it, and I am so honored to have her on my podcast.

Carol Jean is the founder of Mind Your Autistic Brain, created to help Late Diagnosed (and self-diagnosed) Autistics on their journey, sharing tips and techniques to help us make sense of everything after we realize we are Autistic or are diagnosed.

Her work has made a difference in so many lives, including mine, and she is always looking at new and interesting topics and angles on Autism and the challenges we face and how to look after ourselves.
