On this episode we talk to Mitchell Nol and Tyler Keuning. Mitch on Tyler have been riding bikes for a longtime. They started by watching old classic bike movies and then building and hitting video video type hits. They grew up in the age of the one hit wonder. We tell lots of stories in a classic Pedal Progressions type episode of them going from hitting all the big stuff and doing the cool shit to getting injured and still loving bikes. They are both excellent story tellers and we hope you all enjoy as much as we did! You can follow Mitch at @grassynol10 and check out his health food stores @harvesthealthfoods. You can follow Tyler at @adventuremoor. And if you do enjoy please rate and review the show, it helps us out a lot!
