Here's how. For the next week, create a simple energy journal. Nothing complicated just a quick note every two hours tracking your energy level on a scale of 1 to 10. When do you feel most alive? Most focused? Most creative?

These aren't just random moments. They're your personal productivity sweet spots.

Once you map these, you'll start scheduling your most complex work during your peak energy windows. Writing that report during your 10 AM power zone. Doing creative brainstorming when you naturally feel most inspired.
