
Your soul is already peaceful. The problem is that in our human lives we taste fleeting moments of that peace in our soul, but we haven't yet fully learned how to really live from that place a majority of the time. We oscillate back and forth from stress, anxiety, fear, problems, challenges, and turbulence and then sprinkle in moments of feeling trusting, safe, connected, open, free, and then back to being overwhelmed with doubt, fear, pain, struggle, and challenge. Some of the reasons for this constant ping pong game are rooted in our physical body and our health, some in our mind and the way we think about things, and some in the way that we are living our day to day life within our relationships, how we spend our time and how we structure our lives.
In today’s episode, you’ll learn about my personal healing story, how I overcame debilitating health challenges, including gut imbalances, PTSD and anxiety as well as some of my major realizations from apprenticing with enlightened master healers in India and the US. My intention is to orient us on this Path of the Peaceful Soul and that my story will provide some hope and inspiration, no matter where you are on your journey.
