You are a part of nature as a whole, today’s episode is a full guided practice that helps you awaken the healing power of nature inside of your body. I’ll gently guide you through each area of your body to deepen your breath, open your energy centers, harmonize the nervous system, and let go of all cares while you relax to the backdrop of joyful singing birds, connection with the forest, immersed in a symphony of sound healing straight from the natural world. You’ll learn how to increase the energy, vitality, and nourishment of every single cell of your body, you will leave this session relaxed, rooted, grounded, renewed and revitalized. I’d recommend using this practice seated or laying down in quiet stillness at least once, and I’ve also loved listening to this guided practice in the background while doing other activities as a continual reminder to breathe deep, feel connected to my body and nature as a whole.
