Fred has been at Young Automotive, Inc since 2002, in the auto industry professionally since 1981.

His mission and the company mission are one in the same - Changing Lives by Fixing Cars.

His number one daily goal is to positively affect the lives of those around him and lift them up. He lives by "Today is the Best Day I Have All Day" whether at work or play. In living his life this way, he has found great satisfaction seeing how living with a positive outlook can affect his team and his clients alike.
