
Take a few minutes for yourself and connect to your mind and body. Get yourself comfortable and have a chair at the ready. In this practice we will work on stretching our arms, the side body and the strengthening of legs. Make sure to include this practice in your daily routine and try to complete at least 3 times a day. Invite your friends, colleagues and family to join in and take a pause!
