Paula Radcliffe is regarded as one of the greatest female distance runners of our generation. The multiple medal winner and world record holder - including the women’s marathon record for 17 years - has continued her passion for running since retiring in 2015. Along side Chris Thompson one of the UK's most prolific distance runners for over 25 years, every Monday from 30th June 2025, we will bring 45 mins of high energy entertainment with a community spirit with Paula's Run Club. It’s a centre for running, a club where the audience can share their experiences. It’s a Podcast where adults and children of all abilities can learn from world class athletes with practical advice, support and uplifting stories. Whilst occasionally touching on the elite aspect of sport, this is about the wider world where a community can inspire each other. Be it park runs, or major city marathons, people will learn from the best. This is the audience’s running community hub. Regular guests from sport and entertainment such as David Couthard, Chelsea Clinton and Matthew Broderick will tell you why they run and what motives them whether it be for fun, health or mental wellbeing. Paula and Chris will bring you some of the biggest names that also want to be part of their running community.
