Running through grief and tough times and finding joy again - Lisa Jackson
When grief struck three times in less than two years, Lisa Jackson turned to the one thing that had always helped her through life’s hardest moments: running. And today she shares her journey, her laughter and tears with Paula and Thommo.
Lisa is full of energy and wisdom as she shares how she dealt with the devastating death of her husband from cancer.
She shares the lessons she's learnt and how running has got her back on track. Lisa has completed over 100 marathons in her familiar flamingo cap and is now finding events all over the world as she seeks new purpose.
Her new book Still Running After All These Tears: A Runner's Journey Through Grief is published on 8th January 2026 and available for pre-order.
