In this episode we explore a new way of looking at life, a different lens that allows you to be free of limited thinking of the ego mind and tap into the expansive vision of the soul/spirit mind. This was a downloaded message Michael got after meditation as a way to train him to look at his daily life differently. We share it with you to inspire you to do the same. Below is the exact wording that this spiritual message came to Michael so you can follow along.
Reframing
The most important reframe is to know that we are all living in a virtual reality, a reality that we make up with our perceptions and responses to what we call “out there”…. most of us identify with the part of the picture and we operate from that perception. From that perception we feel like the other parts around us are impinging on us and either supporting the direction that part is moving in or hindering it…. if it is hindering it, we call it bad and try to do something to manipulate or change that and if it is supporting the part then we call it good and allow ourselves to feel relaxed and happy…. another lens is to see the entire canvas in front of us like a cavalcade of colors, some dark, some light, some bright, some dull…. all part of a great canvas or painting that is neither good or bad but part of the fabric of the whole picture that we can appreciate the differences… like when we look through and turn a kaleidoscope we can appreciate the changes but not feel like we have to manipulate or change any thing one way or another…. from this perspective, this reframe, we are all part of a great canvas and within this virtual reality if we take the bigger picture point of view, we can see that we can have an influence of directing the flow from a place of all inclusiveness and we are not bothered by what is happening to a particular part…. we can appreciate all the iterations and at the same tim be part of a greater flow directing and creating the picture on the canvas…..
I was also shown that the lens of Michael, even though it is much expanded then it had been there is a greater lens of the group mind which requires leaving the part called Michael to experience a greater consciousness of which Michael is a part but not the whole…. by shifting and surrendering to this group mind focus it will have a similar affect as jumping from the part to the whole canvas in a more expanded way…. this requires a greater trust and letting go of the perception I have of this visual reality…. i see this as a further lifting of veils in my perception…. it is my intention to do this and experience this however I do not know yet what that experience will look or feel like…. I am willing to take the journey.
