When forbidden knowledge is burned and Yithian devices are activated, our investigators find themselves hurtling through time to 1593 London, where the death of Christopher Marlowe holds darker secrets than history records.
This episode blends Lovecraftian fiction with real history, featuring the mysterious death of playwright Christopher Marlowe at Eleanor Bull's house in Deptford, 1593. The Yithians referenced are from H.P. Lovecraft's 'The Shadow Out of Time,' beings capable of swapping minds across eons.
