There is a better way! You will find tactical solutions to stop binge eating, lay down the shame, and arm yourself against temptations. My mission is for you to know there is life beyond the binge and to point you to the life God has for you.
I’m Hannah--Momma, Wife, and Daughter of the King! Drowning in the shame of emotional eating and desperate to find a final solution, God met me in my darkest moment. While the world was telling me *how* to stop binge eating, my problem was actually doing it.
After a literal ”come-to-Jesus-meeting”, I realized how to identify triggers with the real enemy so I could quit with the negative self-talk and start living out the plan God had for me. I found tangible solutions that suited my busy lifestyle, spiritual healing for my soul, and now I’m here to SHARE IT ALL with you!
