Beyond binary: The Spectrum of Understanding When Navigating Sensitive Subjects I want to talk about opinions and politics. That there is a cultural momentum to things that tend to push from side only to be met by a wall and then swing back, until it doesn't become an issue. I want to talk about peoples spectrum of acceptance. From 0 to 100, people will have. a range of acceptance, like 40-60. And even if it's different than yours, people will most likely overlap on most. Everyone in the world, with very few exceptions, want to be kinder to their family, friends, neighbours, community. The idea of how ot get there might be different, but it's good to remind ourselves that most people are coming from a good place. They want to be happier, they want the ones they hold dear to be happier, and that should be the common ground to build something better over what makes us all different.
