In today’s Passion and Purpose Podcast episode we will sit with Judy Thompson, a Language Coach, Subject Matter Expert, Author, Innovator, A fearless Influencer in English Language Education, and the CEO of Thompson Language Center - a globally acclaimed English instruction organization which offers a boutique of services including one-on-one coaching; ESL instructor training; keynote speaking and a broad range of publications and resources for guiding both instructors and learners of English.

Judy is also a student of French, German and Korean and graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Teacher of English as a Second Language (TESL) certification from Humber College. Acquired Canadian Language Benchmark Assessor accreditation.

Dissatisfied with contemporary methods of teaching ESL which often left learners without the speaking skills and confidence they needed to succeed, Judy Thompson pioneered and innovated her own ESL instruction.

Her method, renowned for its radical approach to teaching based on unique insights about how students learn, has been instrumental in assisting millions world-wide with more effective ways of acquiring English proficiency.
