As the CEO and Founder of Virtual Workforce Professionals Inc. Leif Brian Margallo started a homegrown BPO and managed to grow up to 9 expansion offices all over the Philippines.

He started this company at age 24 with zero knowledge in the business environment, no financial capital and any management experience.

Leif was also awarded as “One of the most outstanding Dads of Iloilo City” as a young entrepreneur given by SM City Iloilo last June 2017, during a Father’s Day event, one of the National Trainer and Advocate of the DigitalJobs PH Program of the Department of Information and Communications technology, to promote Digital Jobs in the Philippine countryside and awarded as One of the 2019’s Most Outstanding Men of Western Visayas given by SM City Iloilo last October 2019 and so much more!
