An event proposal is a document created to win new business, detailing the fees an event manager/event management company will charge for services to produce an event. Event planners live and die by their event proposals, so if you aren't using them you are definitely leaving money on the table. 

Here are the five major components to starting on a winning event proposal:

1. Introduce yourself and the project. 
2. Write an attractive event description. 
3. List all services provided. 
4. Show your previous work. 
5. Incorporate monetary information throughout.
