You got those habits on SHEIN? Why ADHDers can fall prey to quick-fix diets

Do you feel like every time you start over, you try harder but not better? Or maybe you stay on a cycle of switching from one quick fix to another, and you never actually see the results.

It is natural to have shiny object syndrome in life, especially when someone else has perfectly scripted the results we are supposed to see after the quick fix plan.
