How to Not Hate Your Wellness Habits

Do you struggle with keeping up or maintaining the habits to accomplish a goal?

We all have different reasons for wanting to improve our wellness. Maybe we're hoping to feel better, look better, or live longer. But for those of us with ADHD, the journey can sometimes feel overwhelming and frustrating. It's easy to hate it when we don't see results right away or when old habits die hard. But it's important to remember why we started this journey in the first place and to find a way that's easier for us to keep pushing forward.
