The story is everywhere, even at the UN.

But like every trending story, are we soon going to get tired of it and move on to the next big story or will we use this story to open up the biggest issue plaquing women in Nigeria and all around the world?

Could we as Mothers learn from this story and use it to retool ourselves?

If we can't change or influence the "old dogs", we can at least retool and reshape the future. That is the duty of every MOTHER. We determine the future by influencing the present.
