Once upon a time, Betty Andreasson was an ordinary woman living in rural Massachusetts. She had a husband, seven healthy children, and her parents nearby to help her with babysitting. She enjoyed the outdoors, spending time with her family, but more than anything, her Christian faith came first - and she dedicated much of her time reading the Bible and raising her children to be strong in their faith as well. 

However, her life took a dramatic turn on January 25th, 1967, when she experienced a truly out-of-this-world encounter that forever changed her perspective on reality.
