Parakandeh is a podcast looking at the experiences of the Iranian diaspora from a mental health lens. Making a meaningful life outside of one's homeland can be deeply complicated, and for Iranians there are often more questions than answers. By bringing together perspectives from social science, art, and mental health, each episode explores on a different issue facing the community.
