Panic Attack meditations lovingly created for relief and healing during times of intense anxiety, stress, overwhelm and panic attacks. When our creator, Katie Krimitsos, created her first meditation for panic attacks, she asked thousands of people about the experience...what it was like for them, how they felt, and what they needed most in those moments. Each of these meditations have been created with those experiences in mind, with the hope that they provide you with the comfort, love and healing you need to help you in dark moments. Brought to you by the Women's Meditation Network and created for everyone who needs it. đ https://WomensMeditationNetwork.com

Hello From Katie đ 5 Hacks for Moments of Overwhelm
Google defines âoverwhelmâ as a verb that means to âbury or drown beneath a huge mass.â And thatâs about how I feel right now. Drowning in a sea of responsibilities, pushed beneath the waters by the weight of tasks, logistics, schedules and goals. Â
Perhaps youâve felt this way too recently?Â
My mornings are early and my evenings are late. Sleep has not been my friend this week. Hubs is out of town and his duties become my duties. Lots of animals need to be cared for (â follow along my Instagram storiesâ to see all of them đ). Kids are back at school and the routine is both refreshing and tiring. My body is still adjusting. My hopes of tackling so many business goals that were sidelined during the summer have now found themselves slowly trudging through mud.Â
Â
Frustration builds. Exhaustion spreads. Little pebbles of tasks pile upon my shoulders until I feel like Atlas. And in one hot momentâŚthe bomb of overwhelm explodes....Enjoy, Namasteâ¤ď¸
