Pia is a fashion designer, entrepreneur and founder of the self-named fashion label, Pia Gladys Perey that she launched in IMG’s Mercedes-Benz Australian Fashion Week. Pia studied Philosophy and Political Science and worked with global brands like Levi’s and Speedo before launching her own brand in 2007. In 2019, she also started a company, Perey & Waelte Fashion Group that aims to assist new brands in launching their line and recently co-founded Carbon Thread Clothing. With her unique eye for detail and style, she fuses together her global influences in designing pieces that reflects the needs of the modern market. Pia also sits on the board of Single Moms Planet and Asia Pacific MSME Trade Coalition.
