When musical comedy gem Jude Perl visits Mayor Ashley in Palsville, the laughs are all around the dang place! Just when you thought you couldn't LOL more, local business owner and self-proclaimed "Dip King" Zip Bip stops by to talk all things dip. They definitely DON'T talk about how town funds are being used to keep all other dippable produce out of business, and they definitely DO sing a bunch towards the end.
