When Claire Hooper visits Mayor Ashley in her newly-not-leaking office, they discuss the Mayor's divisive approach to keeping Palsville citizens on their toes. As they chat, local competitive dance teacher Marcine stops by. When Mayor Ashley reveals Marcine's unfortunate standing in the community, Claire steps up in the name of friendship - and dance. The three workshop ideas for the new dance classes names, the differences between how different members of a family should dance, and a plethora of slogans to live by.
