Marc-Sully Saint-Fleur pops into Palsville as Mayor Ashley tries to manage the sewage leak in her office. As they chat, local orthodontist Bart Hickey (played by Matt Hobby) drops by to discuss The Truth. He mentions rumours about whether The Mayor is a secret heir to the McDoggins fortune and his love of galactic bowling. Amidst some questioning, they all work together to find Mayor Ashley an assistant.
