There's a leak in the Mayoral Office because actor and local nuisance Dougie Baldwin drank some of the toxic sludge from within it. He and Mayor Ashley discuss how he's lovable but not likable when one of the 2 local Scat Kings of Palsville, Thaddius Slaps (played by Trevor Kravitz) pops by! He explains his rivalry with the other Scat King (Lou Poo) and reveals his and the Mayor's close relationship to Dougie.
