Episode 8: Peace in the storm.

In Acts 12:5–11, Peter, imprisoned and facing execution, sleeps peacefully between two guards, bound with chains. His calmness reflects deep trust in God's sovereignty. Miraculously, an angel awakens him, and he walks free, chains fallen and gates opened.

This episode illustrates that painful seasons are divine assignments to reveal God's character and deepen our relationship with Him. Peter's ordeal becomes a testament to God's deliverance and the power of earnest prayer.

Embracing such trials with faith allows us to experience God's peace and know Him more intimately.
