Did you know anxiety is one of the most common mental health labels? In fact, anxiety affects 40 million adults in the US & only 37% of people who experience anxiety receive treatment. Anxiety manifests in our thoughts, behaviors, and physiologically. As such, addressing or managing anxiety has to target these three domains. On this episode, I’ll be sharing how I cured my anxiety and effective management strategies I’ve used with previous patients/clients.
