Its the day before race day, and Chris is on the expo floor with 2 ultra marathoning professional athletes: Kyle Curtin and JP Giblin. Kyle an Army Veteran and JP a Navy Veteran currently run for Altra on their elite ultra marathoning team. Kyle and JP are in town to promote Altra as the footwear brand is in its first year of sponsorship of the Marine Corps Marathon.
Chris talks to the guys about their weekend in DC and all the running around (literally) they've been doing. They also both talk about their path into Ultra running and the successes they've had over the years. Kyle a top 10 finish at Western States and JP winning the 2023 Leadville 100.

This weeks guest is top professional marathoner CJ Albertson. CJ runs for Brooks and is more or less told that he needs to do the show! We post on the day of the Boston Marathon - April 18th - Patriots day in Boston. CJ is running the marathon and is in the best shape of his life.
We talk to CJ about leading last falls Boston Marathon for 20 miles, his crazy training and racing schedule, and ultimately try to figure out if is training and racing are all one elaborate "Bit".
