Today, we have a unique episode featuring our very first guest! Friends of the podcast, Liz—a skilled storyteller and true crime enthusiast—joins us to discuss Jolly Jane and the murder of Andy the Goose.
Then, Danielle provides a significant update on the Lady of the Dunes case, revealing both the unknown identity of the victim and her killer.
Later, Sandra talks about the Legend of the Christmas Spider. The legend which started in Ukraine talks about the story of a family of children and their mother who wanted to decorate a Christmas tree. On Christmas morning the children woke their mother up to look at the tree. At some point during the night spiders used their webs to decorate the tree. As the sun rays touched the tree the webs turned into silver and gold. The story goes that from that day forward the family never wanted for anything. Today in Ukraine the people decorate their trees with artificial spider webs to usher in good luck and good fortune for the upcoming year.
