Meg - Saturday In-Person Meeting

SATURDAY IN-PERSON MEETING

10 AM   OA/HOW In-Person

This recording is from an Overeater Anonymous H.O.W. meeting. H-O-W stands for Honesty/Open-minded/Willingness. The OA HOW program varies from a typical O.A. program in that its members follow a specific food plan that omits sugar and flour, allowing three weighed and measured meals daily with no snacks between meals. Both regular O.A. and H.O.W. members attend this meeting. All are welcome.

This meeting is associated with the San Mateo Intergroup. For more information, visit www.oamidpeninsula.org
