In today's episode, I mention and discuss 3 ways to get more comfortable with saying no more often to, or at least limiting, the amount of time you spend engaging in temporary things, so that you can say yes more often to everlasting things!
Temporary things include things that give us instant gratification in the moment but are not necessarily good for us in the long run. Everlasting things include things that might not give us instant gratification in the moment but ARE good for us in the long run. Balance is key.
