In Episode 3 you'll meet Erin and join as we discuss a girls trip we just took in Feb 2023 with our friend Beth to Guatemala. We take a domestic flight up to Flores to explore the Mayan ruins at Tikal and enjoy the laid back atmosphere on the island of Flores among Lake Peten Itza. Then we travel to Lake Atitlan to spend a few nights in San Pedro, enjoying the backpacker atmosphere and exploring some other towns on the lake- San Juan, San Marcos and Panajachel. Finally we end our trip in the colonial city of Antigua, a place of vibrantly colored buildings and markets, delicious food and a stunning backdrop of volcanoes.
