Our guest is Nicole Rizzuto, a Kidney Cancer Survivor, Licensed Tattoo Artist specializing in Medical and Restorative Tattoos, Owner of NMR Tattoo, Host and Founder of Alchemy Ink Podcast, and President of the Alliance of Medical Tattooing. Nicole shared her journey through kidney cancer and her promise to make a difference in the lives of others if she survived. Her voice is a powerful force through podcasting, social media, and within the breast cancer community as she supports survivors and thrivers as they find comfort through the art form of tattooing. She has begun the Alliance of Medical Tattooing with other artists to fulfill their mission: "To establish legal and ethical standards in the medical tattooing field that protects both clients' quality of care and recognize qualified tattoo artists" (Alliance of Medical Tattooing website).
