Dr. Wilton Triggs, MD; Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

What’s up everyone and welcome to another episode of OLIM! This episode features Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon Dr. Wilton Triggs II, MD. Dr. Triggs is a Meharry Medical School Alumnus, and practitioner in Ohio. He is a man who loves good movies, good food, and Pop Hits in the OR. In this episode, Dr. Triggs shares what life is like as a Plastic Surgery resident vs. newly established attending. Dr. Triggs and I also discuss the life lessons we’ve learned, and how those lessons helped shape us along our journeys as minorities in medicine. This is a super fun episode, and I hope you enjoy!
