The St. Valentine’s Day Massacre was a turning point in the fight to end the Prohibition Era in The United States. It revealed that the public had finally grew weary of the bloodshed caused by organized crime. The blame was placed squarely on the imfamous Al Capone, but the massacre remains unsloved to this day.
