OtherNetwork Conversations is a podcast series by OtherNetwork.io that highlights some of the independent cultural projects reshaping the art world today.
Each episode is recorded on location in a different art space, putting our guests in conversation with an invited artist, curator or cultural producer to discuss the politics of creating art in their respective local contexts. We believe that Independent cultural venues offer vital counter-narratives to those of larger galleries and museums – OtherNetwork Conversations features different spaces around the world, from Accra to Rotterdam, to find out how.

Foundation for Contemporary Art, Accra x Nothing Gets Organised, Johannesburg
ACCRA | JOHANNESBURG
Join us in Accra at the Foundation for Contemporary Art - Ghana for an extra special episode, recorded following the opening of the latest OtherNetwork exhibition guest curated by NGO (Nothing Gets Organised) from Johannesburg. FCA Ghana co-director Ato Annan discusses how the space became a hub for Accra's wider artistic community, before being joined by Sinethemba Twalo from NGO to talk about collaborative modes of artistic production, and their mutual appreciation of the inspirational figure of W.E.B. Du Bois, whose final home and resting place sets the scene for the episode.
