Meet "Marie" who shares what it's like to work in a state largely dominated by unions that get SLPs "stuck on a teacher pay scale." We also discuss licensing gatekeeping and the fact that multiple state, interstate, and national licenses are perceived as required for this profession when other professions only require a state license.
