Today I speak with Annelise, we discuss all things paediatrics and talk about some innovative ideas that parents can maintain and engage their child with alongside their occupational therapist during the lockdown and beyond. Annelise lives in Melbourne Australia and at the time of the interview, the state was under strict lockdown to try to contain the virus. This meant a shift to an online therapy session (Telehealth) so we talk about this, how does it work? What's involved? How has OT practice adapted especially considering assessments? We also compare healthcare systems between the UK and Australia so an interesting episode all round!
