This 7-day process helps us to learn to treat our body with gratitude and trust; it is our friend and companion.


While in a light trance, combining relaxation with alertness, you will befriend and explore your bodymind's creative and self-healing energies. You can focus on specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains – or on habit or pattern where you would like to see change.


By enlisting the power of the unconscious, you will discover your self-healing capacity. Trusting your body and its unspoken messages, self-care becomes effortless and spontaneous.


In this podcast, we discuss in detail this profound process.


At OSHO Himalayas, we conduct this meditative therapy once or twice a year.
