How do we catch meditation?

When we get a headache, we never question if it's real. Never.


But the moment we feel peaceful or happy? Our mind goes into detective mode: "Is this real? Am I imagining this? Maybe I'm just fooling myself?"


It's like we have a VIP membership to the misery club, but when happiness comes knocking, we check its ID fifty times.


Why? Rajiv and Sindhu explains this is because our mind actually thrives on problems.


The moment we're happy, it feels unemployed.


So the next time you feel that moment of peace creeping in, instead of asking "Is this real?" try asking "Why not?" Because maybe, just maybe, we deserve the good stuff too.
