
You know me, i am always looking for new ways to push myself tf out of my comfort zone and test my limits....so i thought what better way than to sign up to a triathlon 2 days before the event, and run 10km with absolutely no training in my nana's runners!!
This experience honestly taught me so much so i want to share the TOP 5 LESSONS I LEARNT from the race. We dive into a couple of different topics, including comparison, mental strength, capability, and the concept of yolo!!
