Are you feeling lost? Stuck? In a rut? Overwhelmed? Well.....me too!


Let's get one thing straight....IT'S NORMAL TO FEEL LIKE THIS SOMETIMES! (don't be ashamed!)

Sometimes, we find ourselves having down days or down period of time and it can be hard to lift ourselves back up!


I have recently been having some negative thoughts creep into my mind that have made me feel quite discouraged and overwhelmed. Soooo....In today's episode, i wanted to open up about the negative thoughts/limiting beliefs i have been experiencing. Despite how put together i may seem online, i still feel a little sh*tty at times too!


However, It's important that when we feel like this to work towards getting out of this state so we don't stay there. Let's feel our feels, then move to focusing on ourselves and getting back on track to being bad ass b*tches!! In this ep, I share MY TOP 10 TIPS ON HOW TO GET YOUR MOJO BACK!
